Lower Limb Endovascular Therapies Symposium 2025: A Meeting of Medical Excellence in Manchester<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Lower Limb Endovascular Symposium (LLES) 2025<\/strong> is one of the key events of the year in vascular medicine. It will take place on 9\u201310 October 2025<\/strong> at the Manchester Edwardian Hotel<\/strong>. This international meeting brings together leading experts in lower-limb endovascular therapies. Day 1 \u2014 Deep Venous Therapies<\/span><\/h3>\n

The first day is dedicated to deep venous therapies<\/strong>, covering both acute and chronic DVT<\/strong>. In the morning, sessions address the cost-effectiveness of DVT interventions, updates from the EVeR<\/strong> registry, and ongoing clinical trials. There are also debates on best practice in acute DVT.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the highlights is the lecture by Dr Marta Ram\u00edrez Ortega<\/strong>, internationally recognised for her expertise in deep venous thrombosis. She has been invited for her global reputation as a specialist surgeon. Her keynote, \u201cMy approach to Stenting in Acute DVT \u2013 tips and tricks,\u201d<\/strong> will share advanced techniques and innovative strategies for the endovascular treatment of acute DVT.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the afternoon, the focus shifts to chronic DVT<\/strong> pathways. Topics include inferior vena cava reconstruction<\/strong> and special scenarios such as nutcracker syndrome<\/strong>, venous thoracic outlet syndrome<\/strong>, and pulmonary embolism thrombectomy<\/strong>. Multiple panel discussions promote direct exchange between speakers and attendees.<\/span><\/p>\n

Day 2 \u2014 Peripheral Arterial Therapies<\/span><\/h3>\n

The second day concentrates on peripheral arterial therapies<\/strong>. Finally, the day closes with CLTI<\/strong>, infrapopliteal disease<\/strong>, and percutaneous venous arterialisation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
